We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges within 15 days of purchase for another piece of equal or greater value, or store credit.
Purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas are eligible for exchange until January 15th.
The original receipt must accompany all exchanged items.
We do not offer warranties on any jewelry.
Final Sale Items
Antique pieces & custom orders are final sale—no returns or exchanges.
Altered or resized items are also non-returnable.
We do not buy gold or antiques from clients.
We can restore, appraise, and repair antique and heirloom pieces.
All antique jewelry is sold as-is and may require additional repairs over time.
All orders ship via USPS or FedEx with a signature required upon delivery.
Domestic orders under $300 ship standard for $25.
Express shipping is available upon request (cost varies).
Our jewelry boxes are beautifully crafted—we do not offer additional gift wrapping.
We are a paperless company, and all receipts are digital.
In-stock items ship within 5-7 business days.
Made-to-order pieces ship within 3-5 weeks.

Local pickup is available at our two brick-and-mortar locations.
As a full-service jeweler, we offer expert repair and restoration services, including:
General repairs – starting at $85
Appraisals – starting at $200 per item
Engraving – both hand and machine engraving available
Ring resizing
Jewelry work on all pieces (even if we didn’t make them)

Using computer-aided design (CAD), we create incredibly detailed, one-of-a-kind pieces:
Every CAD design is hand-finished, with diamonds and gemstones set by hand.
We can match existing pieces or recreate lost jewelry with precision and artistry.
For custom orders, we require your first & last name, email, and phone number.
Your personal information will never be shared or made public.
